Chili???

I don't know if this is just a Wisconsin thing or not, but I see people at work eating goulash like the picture below and they are calling it "chili". Where did they come up with this?
This, my friends, is what you call goulash. Below is what you call chili.

They both look good but chili is chili and goulash is goulash. If in the mood for one don't try to serve the other.
